Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) will begin the annual flushing of its water system for 2019 during the week of July 15. This work is expected to be complete by early September.

NPU breaks ground on emergency interconnection water project for Sprague
May 14, 2019 – Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction for an emergency interconnection water line that will serve the Town of Sprague.
