Information for Contractors/Developers

Utility Demolition Request

To apply to have a utility service (natural gas, electricity, water, or sewer) removed from a property, please apply for a permit through the City of Norwich Building Department.

Sewer Connection Permit

Looking to connect to city sewer?  Please click on the link below to complete and submit a sewer connection form to NPU prior to starting any work.

Fats, Oils, Grease (FOG) Permit Application

Class III and Class IV Food Preparation Establishments (FPE) are required by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) to install fats, oils and grease (FOG) management equipment.  FPEs are required to complete and submit the attached FOG Permit Application to NPU.
