Utility Service Request

Do you need a new commercial utility service (electric, natural gas, water, or sewer) installed?  Please complete the Utility Service Request form.  If you have any questions, please call 860-887-2555. (Commercial customers only.)

Utility Demolition Request

To apply to have a utility service (natural gas, electricity, water, or sewer) removed from a property, please apply for a permit through the City of Norwich Building Department.

Fats, Oils, Grease (FOG) Permit Application

Class III and Class IV Food Preparation Establishments (FPE) are required by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) to install fats, oils and grease (FOG) management equipment.  FPEs are required to complete and submit the attached FOG Permit Application to NPU.
