Directions From I-395 South: Take Exit 11 to Route 82 East. (Right turn from the exit). Follow Route 82 to Route 2 East. (Take a right at the intersection) Follow Route 2 East to Route 12 North -North Main Street. NPU Customer Service Center is located on the right hand side 1⁄4 mile from the intersection of Route 2 and 12.

Directions From I-395 North: Take Exit 18 to Route 97 (right turn from the exit). Follow Route 97 to Route 12 South, approx. 2 miles. Follow Route 12 South for approximate 2.5 miles. NPU Customer Service Center is located on the left side.
