Bulk Water Sales
Water is available throughout the summer season. A deposit is required in each spring and is returned at the end of the summer season. Customers are billed monthly.
Bulk water fee: $50/load (standard 6,000 gallon tanker)

Septage Disposal
NPU accepts septage at our Wastewater Treatment Plant located on Falls Avenue, Norwich between the hours of 7 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday.
Septage fee: $85.00 per 1,000 gallons
Grease disposal: $210.00 per 1,000 gallons
