With the first significant storm of 2019 expected in Connecticut over the weekend, Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) is prepared to respond to any issues that could impact the utilities’ natural gas, water, electric or wastewater services.

NPU partners with CorePlus to provide ATM to customers

Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) has partnered with CorePlus Credit Union to bring a new ATM to the Customer Service Center at 173 North Main Street, Norwich, CT.  The ATM was installed in December 2018 and is now open for use, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Christopher LaRose named Acting General Manager of NPU

15 Commercial customers earn $154,145 in Q4 rebates

15 Commercial customers of NPU completed efficiency upgrades during 4th quarter 2018, earning $154,145 in rebates by investing in energy efficient upgrades and improvements.
