Online Bill Payment Site Maintenance

NPU’s online bill payment site will be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance on Sunday, June 30, 2019 between 5 AM – 8 AM.  This work is necessary to conduct upgrades to the operating system and firewalls. NPU breaks ground on emergency interconnection water project for Sprague

May 14, 2019 – Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction for an emergency interconnection water line that will serve the Town of Sprague. The unique partnership provides NPU with additional state resources while allowing Sprague to avoid the cost of installing the water line on its own.

NPU proposes FY2020 budget with no rate increases
