As businesses affected by the pandemic begin to reopen, NPU wants to remind our commercial customers who were closed for that past several weeks that water inside your building’s plumbing has likely become stagnant during this time. This water can become unsafe to drink or otherwise use for domestic or commercial purposes.

Effective Saturday, March 21 at Midnight, all non-essential employees of Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) will be working remotely in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
On Tuesday, February 18, Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) presented Reliance Health with a rebate for $28,145 following the successful completion of a large-scale energy efficiency project. As a result of this project, Reliance Health will realize a savings of more than $12,000 on their annual energy costs.
