NPU’s online bill payment site will be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance on Sunday, June 30, 2019 between 5 AM – 8 AM.  This work is necessary to conduct upgrades to the operating system and firewalls.  A maintenance message will appear during this time to any customer who attempts to pay online while the system is down.
