2021 Hydrant Flushing Program

NPU supports re-opening of ACLS with lower rate, payment plan
During its April 2021 meeting, the NPU Board of Commissioners voted to authorize General Manager Chris LaRose to complete an agreement with Atlantic City Linen Services (ACLS) of Norwich to provide rate relief and a payment plan as the company prepares to re-open following its temporary shut-down in the early days of the pandemic in 2020.
NPU Board approves increase in funding for NCDC
The NPU Board of Commissioners approved increasing its annual financial contribution to the Norwich Community Development Corporation (NCDC) by $75,000, bringing its total support for Fiscal Year 2022 to $225,000.
