NPU understands how much energy costs can impact a company’s bottom line. To help commercial customers manage their energy use, we offer a range of energy efficiency programs, including a comprehensive energy audit of your business to help identify opportunities to save money every month.
NPU will work directly with your team to provide a comprehensive analysis of your facility to evaluate your current energy use and provide options for improving efficiency.
The on-site analysis will focus on:
- Replacement of HVAC equipment – boilers, heat pumps, cooling towers, air conditioning units – with more efficient equipment
- Upgrading refrigeration equipment
- Evaluation of compressed air systems, including leak surveys, controls and compressors
- Conversion of electric, propane and oil heat and hot water systems to natural gas
The analysis can include suggested upgrades and costs, estimated energy savings, return on investment timeframe and potential rebates from NPU.
