Energy Star – not just for residential costumers

ENERGY STAR is best known as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) program to certify energy-efficient products, homes and buildings. However, Energy Star has been working with the business community and the public sector to help organizations of all sizes use energy more wisely.

According to the EPA, with help from ENERGY STAR, American families and businesses have saved more than $230 billion since 2013 on utility bills and prevented more than 1.8 billion metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions.
