Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) provides four utilities to the City of Norwich – natural gas, electricity, water, and wastewater collection.
Established in 1904, NPU is municipally-owned and governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners and Sewer Authority, representing the best interest of the citizens they represent.
Important Messages:
- In 2025, NPU will launch it’s new and improved website that will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers. The new website will be easier to read and more efficient to navigate. Over time, the site will facilitate more “self-service” features for our customers and community.
