In response to concerns raised by the public, the Norwich City Council and the NPU Board, we are placing a stronger emphasis on training and education on the City’s Ethics Policy.

Strategic Planning Presentation

NPU’s revised Strategic Plan was adopted by the Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commissioners on May 28, 2019.  The attached presentation highlights the Strategic Plan.

Budgets

NPU’s fiscal year starts July 1st and ends June 30th.  Budgets are submitted to the Board of Commissioners for approval before being sent to the Norwich City Council.
