Board of Commissioners & Sewer Authority
The City of Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commission is made up of five members from the Norwich community. Members are appointed by the City Council and serve 5-year terms. The Board of Utilities Commissioners also serves as the Norwich Sewer Authority.

Board and Sewer Authority meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of the month* beginning at 6 PM and are open to the public. Meetings are open to the public and held on the second floor at the NPU Administration Building, 16 South Golden Street. The meetings are also available online via the link included on our agendas.
*Schedule may change to accommodate Holidays.
