Control Room Operators are on duty 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take all emergency calls.

  • Hours of Operation M-T-TH-F 8:00am – 4:30pm, W 8:00am – 5:30pm

Business Office: 16 South Golden Street, Norwich, CT 06360 

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4:30 PM

Directions to our Customer Service Center: 

From I-395 South: Take Exit 11 to Route 82 East. (Right turn from the exit). Follow Route 82 to Route 2 East. (Take a right at the intersection) Follow Route 2 East to Route 12 North -North Main Street. NPU Customer Service Center is located on the right-hand side 1⁄4 mile from the intersection of Route 2 and 12. 

From I-395 North: Take Exit 18 to Route 97 (right turn from the exit). Follow Route 97 to Route 12 South, approx. 2 miles. Follow Route 12 South for approximate 2.5 miles. NPU Customer Service Center is located on the left side.
