In response to concerns raised by the public, the Norwich City Council and the NPU Board, we are placing a stronger emphasis on training and education on the City’s Ethics Policy.

2019 Community Impact Report

NPU’s revised Strategic Plan was adopted by the Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commissioners on May 28, 2019.  The attached presentation highlights the Strategic Plan.
