Board of Commissioners & Sewer Authority

The Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commission is made up of five members from the Norwich community.  Members are appointed by the City Council and serve 5-year terms. The Board of Utilities Commissioners also serve as the Norwich Sewer Authority.

Board of Commissioners

The Board of Public Utilities Commissioners are:

Dr. Grace Jones, Chairman

Stewart Peil, Vice Chairman

Robert Staley, Secretary

Steven Becker, Commissioner

Michael Goldblatt, Commissioner

 

Board and Sewer Authority meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of the month* beginning at 6 PM and are open to the public. Meetings are held at Norwich Public Utilities operations building, 16 South Golden Street.  For more information, contact the General Manager's office at 860-823-4148.

   *Schedule may change to accommodate Holidays.
