New Rates Approved At its regular meeting held on May 27, 2008, the City of Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commissioners approved new electric and natural gas rates and fees. The proposed rates and fees were the subject of a public hearing held on May 13, 2008 and were filed with the City Clerk on April 25, 2008. Rates and Fees are effective for all billings on July 1, 2008. |

On February 19, 2008, the City of Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commissioners approved the proposed water rates. Water rates, with the effective date of October 1, 2008, are found on the Residential Rates and Commercial Rates pages respectively. Copies of the water rates are available at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Union Square, Norwich, and at the Norwich Public Utilities Customer Service Center, 173 North Main Street in Norwich.
